Consent has been granted for a major student accommodation development on Blenheim Walk close to Leeds city centre’s main university campuses. Informed by our land and building surveys for developer S Harrison, the plans propose 180 en-suite bedrooms across 29 cluster apartments with shared kitchen, living and dining spaces. There will also be a range of communal facilities including reception area, study rooms, games area and common room with external courtyard area, and cycle parking.
The new seven-storey building will sit between Leeds College of Art and Leeds Student Medical Practice where it will replace an existing office building with works commencing this April for completion for the start of the 2018/19 academic year.
